Our show unit is located in Seminyak, Bali and our factory is located in Sanur Bali.

Are the modules furnished ?
A
Furniture is not included in the sale price of the structure however these items can be added on at any time prior to export. Orders must be placed 8 weeks prior to shipping. NHB manufactures high end indoor and outdoor furniture and can also supply decor items. product lists and prices will be supplied to our client on request.

Am i able to customize the modular units?

There are many options available such as colour finishing, extra modules to increase the size of the building, the inclusion of decking for front and back and lighting. in the near future there wil also be options added for our solar and water catchment solutions.

How are the structures treated for termites ?
A
All timber components are treated with ant rayap (termites) solutions that are very affective. In addition to this the timber used in these structures is call Bengkirai which is an Indonesian, plantation, tropical hardwood that is 100% termite resistant. All timber used in production is legal and comes with the internationally required FSC certification.

What smart Home Features are installed in the buildings

Our cabins are equipped with smart-home systems such as smart door handle, smart light switch, smart electrical outlet, IR remote connected to Alexa/Google assistant that can be controlled by a mobile app and voice command for your convenience.

How sustainable are the buildings ?

Prefab cabins are more sustainable than traditional houses as there are less logistics required in the process of construction, reducing carbon footprint. We use environmentally-friendly materials such as biodegradable insulation material and manufactured wood products.

How do i pay for my building ?
A
On agreement between both parties a sales agreement will be drawn up and signed. this can be done electronically. A detail purchase order will be issued at the same time which will be an addendum to the sales agreement. A 50% deposit will then be requested and on receipt work on the building will commence. At the 50% stage of construction (this will be detailed in he sales agreement) a progressive payment of 25% will be requested. on completion of the building (clients will be provided with an estimated completion date 2 weeks prior) a request for the balance of the payment will be made. At this time, the building components will be coded and export procedures initiated.

How will shipping be arranged ?

NHB has many years of experience in shipping and international logistics. We can arrange for shipping, customs and quarantine clearance (Australian customers only) throughout Australia. We will, on request provide both shipping and clearance rates however should the client wish to use their own preferred shipping agent and customs broker, we will provide every assistance required to ensure trouble free international transportation. please nte that these charges are not includd in our sellng price of the building. transport to your warehouse or directly to the site can be arranged by our nominated customs broker.

Who is Natural House Bali ?

Natural House Bali commenced operations in Bali during 2008 and was mainly involved with timber, prefabricated buildings such as villas, bungalows and lumbungs (indonesian style building). In addition to this, we produce gazebos, garages, storage sheds and large knock down daybeds. NHB is also involved in high end furniture manufacture in east and central java. We can also supply decor items from around Indonesia. Our team includes an Australian CEO, Indonesian structural and civil engineers, Autocad drafters and experienced administration staff. Our factory employees 14 carpenters and finishers along with 8 general factory employees. NHB has supplied many structures to resort projects around the world including Panama, the Caribbean, Malaysia, Hawaii, East Timor and of course throughout Indonesia. In addition to these commercial projects we have also built residential homes around Bali, Lombok and the Gili Islands.
